Return/Refund Policy
We don’t offer refund or exchange unless the product is received damaged to you.
To be eligible for a return in case of damages in the product, you need to ensure the following:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Make an opening video of the parcel right from unpacking it which clearly showcases the label and tracking id
3. Send the video to: alaayadecor@gmail.com
If your return request gets accepted, we’ll mail you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at alaayadecor@gmail.com
Please note:
All of our products are handmade items- some imperfections and variations will be there and are very normal as these products are coming right from human hands and not a machine.
These imperfections will not be considered as defects/damages.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping policy
Our dispatch time can vary between 02-05 working days.
You will receive a notification once your product is dispatched along with the respective tracking details.
In case you don’t receive a notification within 7 days, please feel free to mail us at alaayadecor@gmail.com.
We ship via our trusted courier partners which can take 5-7 working days post dispatch to deliver your product.
Cancellation
